  • ADHD coaching is designed to support adults, with or without a diagnosis, as well as parents of children with ADHD.

Coaching helps you understand how ADHD impacts your life, tackle obstacles head-on, and harness your unique strengths. It’s not about handing you answers—it’s about guiding you to discover your own.

Each session focuses on your goals, setting achievable actions, and building habits to support lasting change. The aim? To leave you confident and equipped to keep thriving long after our work together.

For parents, coaching offers tools and insights to better support your child at home and school, fostering positive change and growth for the whole family.

  • Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on emotional healing and mental health, while coaching is about helping you move forward by creating strategies for everyday challenges. Coaching helps you better understand your ADHD, set goals, and develop practical tools to achieve them.

  • Coaching is right for you if you’re an adult (with or without an ADHD diagnosis) seeking support to better understand how your brain works, manage challenges like focus and organisation, and reach personal or professional goals.

If you're a parent of a child with ADHD, coaching can also provide tools and guidance to help you support your child more effectively at home and in school. Coaching is about finding personalised strategies to help you or your child thrive.

For adults, the focus is on personal and professional goals, helping you develop tailored strategies to manage ADHD effectively.

I’m fully DBS checked and trained to work with both groups.

  • During a coaching session, expect a safe, confidential and supportive space focused on your specific goals and challenges.
